There is Beauty All Around

This easter I was a little down because I wasn't able to spend

anytime with my daughters or grandkids. But as My hubby and

I walked up to Jennys door, and I noticed the lovely flowers,

Love just filled my heart for all of God's blessings. The food was

so yummy and I had a blast with my nephew's and nieces. I sat

on the floor with them to eat and they promised me they would

help me up - and if they couldn't they would get someone who could.

LOL I love these kids so much. Then I practiced Easter Songs with

my Godmother and that was a huge blessing too.

Praise God for His many blessings.

Fire Puja

I loved this night at the fire puja with Lindsey. It was so amazing.

Shay has introduced me to a super teacher, Paramahansa Yogananda. The teachings are so soft and beautiful, just like Shay with her vibrant personality and love. Shay does healing with message therapy and helps people make personal affirmation movies for their lives. It is really awesome and powerful. The photo below is Catherine with Lindsey. Catherine does healing in the form of orthobionomy. She also belongs to a group called the Phoenix Rising Center where you can do Qi Gong and other awesome Yoga practices. She has introduced us to Swami Kaleshware from India. We just started going to their fire Pujas which are so healing, giving you a sense of well being and positive out look on life. Lindsey loves her too. Lindsey's goal is to become a healer as well, so hanging out with them is a cool way for her to make it a reality.

The fire puja in Moab was so impressing and so were the results from it. It was amazing how beautiful it was and how powerfully it can touch our lives. My husband even liked it and that is really amazing. A fire puja is a place to go to release negative energy and Kama into the fire. Then at the end you give a plate of grateful offering to Divine Mother and Jesus.

Dr. Don Leathers is also a super awesome healer using Homeopathic medicine which has literally saved my life. He is the guy standing more in the back facing the camera. I thank God for all of these people.

Don and Catherine are two of the most awesome healers I've ever met. I have been going to them for about 4 years now. In getting acquainted with them I have grown so much and been healed so much. Then my awesome sistah, from St. George has blessed me in a very similar way. So I wanted to share our experience from the Fire Puja and give tribute to these awesome friends and my family who are in this with me.

Spring

It took a Memorial service for me to have the chance to learn this
lovely spring song, but I am so blessed to have learned it. My
God Mother, Bernadette, and I sang De Colores at the Memorial
Service for the Montano Family. Singing it brought a sweet spirit
to the service that I will never forget. This video of it on youtube.com
has the lyrics with it, a good way to learn this cool song in Spanish.

Spring is Here

We are so happy that the warm weather has finally arrived and the scent of Spring is in the air. Just about every Spring I start digging through old pictures and some of my favorite things.
I found some old photos that I thought were a lot of fun. This is Kate.....
Kylie and Tylen... not sure who the other darling
little girl is though......

This is the most adorable little mouse in
the whole wide world. My Ky ky when she was
in a play in Round Mountain. I have more cute
photos I'll have to post later.

Winter Finally Came

Three days before the New Year the snow finally found its way to Monticello.
Kelly helped shovel.... Played with the dogs.....
And built a hill to sled down.

As for Tator, he loves the snow so much we could not get him to come in the house. We finally took him for a ride in the truck before he decided to come in and thaw out. He grew up in Durango where there is tons of snow, so I guess he's used to it.

What a way to welcome in the New Year.

When our kids grow up

To start out I want to say, "Welcome back home Kelly." It is so nice to have him home with us again. It seams, however, that after the kids grow up - weather they are still at home or not - we tend to miss having children around. So what do we do? We get animals. Today we brought home Lucci. Jenny is giving her labs away and so we thought Tater might enjoy a little sister too.
Tater was excited to pose but Lucci wasn't too sure about what was going on so....she hid under the table. The photo above.

Lindsey and Kelly are very excited about our new addition. As for me, I'm just as excited but I will be very happy after she is potty trained.

A Fun Week

Despite the several trials and moving, (which we finally just got completely done with today) we had a very fun week this Thanksgiving weekend. Lindsey took this picture of the moon that turned out really cool. We had many visitors...
Cassie, Azey, Melany and Avena came over...

MJ, Michelle, and Josh came over too and here is MJ enjoying a cinnamon roll.

The deer really like our house so I've been putting apples out for them which they really love.

Debbie, Brady, Wesley, Aubrey, and Cali came over too. All of the kids love the train.

Wesley, Aubrey, and Cali had fun making this little snowman..

The kids love Tater too...

This is the perfect time of year for hot chocolate.....

and singing lots of fun songs...
Now we get to get ready for my FAVORITE time of year..... Christmas.

UPDATE

My, I didn't realize how far behind I had gotten on blogging until I downloaded pictures off my camera, finally, and so here it is. We went to Pagosa Springs to pick Lindsey up. It is so awesome to have her back home again. We have moved back to town so she can go to school, plus she has a job on the weekends. She is excited and is making a lot of new friends. While we were waiting for Lindsey we went to the River and had tons of fun watching everyone play in the water...

And, Baily and I got in on the fun a little bit too.
We finally celebrated the 75th Anniversary of the Church and the Bishop from Salt Lake
came down as well. He is such a sweet and spirit filled man. We really enjoyed meeting him.
I designed and did the drawings on the Banner that is behind them.

Cassie and Michelle came to visit, but I missed out on getting pictures of Michelle and MJ. Cassie, Nichole and all the kids along with myself and my hubby went to Patio which was a super awesome blessing. I enjoyed them so much.
Thanks be to God for the family I love so much.
